NCVO

Serving low income families and children in need in the Cayman Islands since 1974.

Our Mission

The NCVO is dedicated to the care, education and well-being of the children and families in need of support in the Cayman Islands since 1974.

How We Help

Nadine Andreas Residential Foster Home

A residential care home which caters to ten children from eight years old to seventeen years old who are placed there for care and protection. The aim of the Foster Home is to provide a secure, nurturing, and friendly environment in which children can heal from early childhood trauma. The Ministry of Community Affairs, Gender & Housing contributes a monthly fee which assists with some costs; the remainder is funded through donations.

Miss Nadine’s Preschool & Jack and Jill Nursery

Both operated by The National Children’s Voluntary Organisation, we provide an educational programme aimed at fostering resilient learners. The Pre-School and the Nursery are registered with and inspected by the Ministry of Education. Both are opened between the hours of 7:30 am and 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

NCVO Meals Programme

We recognise how important is it for children to get the nutrients they need to thrive. The NCVO currently provides 3,432 meals every month to children under the age of five and this programme is not funded by the Ministry of Education. We would love to speak with you about how you or your organisation could sponsor a child or help sponsor the salary of one of our 15 amazing teachers!
